Joseph Carens is a professor at the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto. He is one of the influential political theorists on the idea of open borders and free international movement.

In his talk, he will up on some of the most important, controversial, and timely aspects of his 2013 book ‘The Ethics of Immigration’.
